We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express an interest in our Services or submit an application. Personal information may include: names, email addresses, job titles, contact preferences, LinkedIn profile URLs, professional background and career history, and city and country of residence.
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.

Some information — such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics.

Our servers are located in the United States. We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We retain personal information submitted through our application form for up to 2 years from the date of submission. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations. Analytics data is retained per our third-party analytics provider's default settings.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

If you would at any time like to review, change, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, please contact us at info@sovaretreats.com. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
10. Controls for do-not-track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
11. Do we make updates to this notice?
Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. 5. How do we handle your social logins?
If you provide a social media profile link, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our application form requests your LinkedIn profile URL. Where you choose to provide this, we will use the information only to evaluate your application for a Sova retreat. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by LinkedIn or any third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review LinkedIn's privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information.
